What data we process

Data you give us yourself when you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp: your name, contact details, message and preferred date. On the day of shooting, details from your ID as required by the range rules.

Purpose and legal basis

Handling your enquiry and booking and running the shooting session (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and meeting legal obligations such as accounting and tax (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long

Until your matter is completed, then for as long as the law requires or until claims expire.

Recipients

The website host (Hostinger), the range operator as far as needed to run the session, our accountant. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) also processes your data under its own terms.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or the authority in your country.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server. The server keeps standard logs (including IP address) for security. The map button opens Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
